I love this idea but am slightly fearful to try it and see how I'd portray my aching body. Broke my shoulder 4 months ago and I know for sure that would be prominent. Could be cathartic though! (ps that penis that declares it is "Still Alive!" will haunt me all day 😳😂)
I know how you feel... I did a body map yesterday and there were an awful lot of aches and pains on display, haha. But a broken shoulder! That's major. I hope you're all healed up.
Oohhh, I was just going to do a body scan meditation, but I'm going to do this instead. Seeing The Anonymous Lab Rat's example has inspired me too. I love getting exercises like this in my inbox... thanks friend!

My apologies for the penis trauma 😅

Thanks! Shoulder is frozen now, so lots of physio for me!
Just registered for your upcoming journaling workshop, really looking forward to it!! ☺️
I saw that, thank you so much!
This is a really cool idea.
Thanks Kelsey! 🤓 I mean, not that I am the inventor of body mapping, yikes

Thank YOU, friend ❤️🔥
Love this idea! Meditation philosophy meets artmaking practice.
Artmaking, journal writing, meditating... all helpful in getting the hell out of your head!
