I will definitely try this out! An awesome exercise, especially with no overthinking - just calm observation of what titles start typing themselves out in my head, lol. I love it!

Well, I guess you're allowed to think a *little* bit, LOL

Your hand drawn posts/publications are so inspiring, such a fun and thought provoking approach to sharing on this space. One of my favourite things is coming up with headings so I will definitely be taking up this challenge!

Thought-provoking! I did do the exercise without trying too hard to over think it and it was interesting to see which chunks of my life came to mind first.

I've never thought to reflect on my life as a story with chapter headings. This is leaving me with so much inspiration and food for thought!!

Are you sure you want to be thanking me for confusing thoughts? I mean, I'll take it, but... 😅

This is genius. Doing mine today, and have shared the post with several friends who I think would dig this exercise into self.

I've done mine over lunch, starting with "A Star is Born" for familial continuity.

This was a really interesting exercise. Fun….and not fun. Fun figuring out chapter headings, not totally fun revisiting some episodes. I was unable to limit my chapters to twelve.

You have failed the test, Grasshopper. JUST KIDDING! There's always inherent danger when reflecting, yoink. What's that Joseph Campbell quote? "It is by going down into the abyss that we recover the treasures of life. Where you stumble, there lies your treasure." Shudder

That’s a great quote, thanks for that. Didn’t I snatch the pebble from your hand 30 years ago?

Great idea - got me thinking.........I'd already thought of the title of the book a long time ago, but not the chapters

You know when you know you shouldn’t but you check your phone after getting up at 4:10 am to go to the bathroom?

I’m glad I did! Now I can muse on the chapter headings of my life as I fall back asleep.

Well I hope you got back to sleep! I try not to allow *any* thinking after a middle-of-the-night pee, or I'm liable to lie awake for hours fretting like a fool about one damn thing or another. I try to concentrate on my breath to lull myself back to sleep. And there's no way I can look at my phone!
