Wow I LOVE what you are doing with your journals. I’ve been writing maybe 1500 words every morning in my own journal for maybe 30 years. I often wonder why. Even I can’t stand to read them. Maybe I can think of my own creative way to put them to use. Maybe I have enough to make a fort!

Thank you Anne! I couldn't stand to read much of my writing when I went through my journals, either... though there were a few gems, and a few entire journals I decided to keep. I think it was very necessary work at the time of writing, though... for me at least. I think I wasn't only getting stuff off your chest, which is useful in itself. I was also processing things, and getting to know myself in a way. Learning what I actually thought and felt. I've always said journals saved my ass... I really believe they did.

Again, SO excited for this show, BA. I’m enchanted too - I definitely think you should leave it up forever. And the poetry part - thinking about the journal I shard I picked up and read when I was over the other day that fully cracked me up. That could be endless fun. JUST LIKE YOU!!

Thanks friend. One thing that would definitely deter me from leaving up all those hanging bits of paper is... imagine the DUSTING

I was actually going to say that, then thot ‘how totally un arty of me - don’t rain on BA’s creative process’. But ya. It would be disgusting. All raining down off of it when the wind breezed through

Hahaha—I always think that when I see intricately designed things: "Impossible to clean... forget it"
