You have had the best dog - Dinah had so much personality -Loved all the Doggo posts! and I think we connected just a little bit the few times we met but dam she had a good n loud welcome announcement! So sad that human timelines don’t match in length with our furry family members

I had my Louis put down the same way and yes, it is a very jarring moment when they put the body in the trunk!

Huh... now I'm wondering... do they go to the next "job", and then the next, and just fill up the trunk with dead animals? DO THEY?

There is nothing to compare to the incredible bond between a dog and their humans. Dinah landed on her paws with you two. I wish I had more to say, words of comfort seem useless in the space of such sadness.
